RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All products delivered in the E.U. may be subject to a refund except those excluded by law and marked in this sense, for example products that have been customized at the request of the user.
Products must be intact, complete, packaged in the original packaging.
The user has a right of withdrawal of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of the products (an additional eight days compared to the statutory withdrawal period ).
The user can return his product to Loowie by postal service. The costs of return via postal service are the responsibility of the user (with the exception of a defective product upon receipt, or an error when sending the product).
Loowie agrees to reimburse the user who has exercised the right of withdrawal the amounts as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days after exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Loowie will reimburse the user for returned products, subject to compliance with the above conditions, as well as a basic "out-of-pocket" delivery charge if the user returns the entire order (deliveries with supplements are reimbursed up to the basic delivery charge).
If the user does not return the entire order and keeps one or more products ordered, the amount of delivery charges "go" will be retained by Loowie.
The refund will be made via the payment method of the returned order.
Thus, if the order of products has been paid by credit card, and its credit card is still valid, the refund will be made on the account attached to this credit card.

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your purchase if they don’t fit.

Please note that you will only be able to process one return.

Only the articles returned in perfect shape and in their original package will be accepted. We don’t exchange articles, we give you a refund.

If you want another size or colour, just place another order.
